It had been a long day and I was ready for bed. I needed a quick and dirty feed, though, so headed to Dersim on Dalry Road, after briefly considering a Sombrero burrito then thinking better of it.
Dersim has been here for a good while but I think tonight’s visit was my first.
I kept things simple by ordering my current pizza favourite, the Hawaiian. It was quickly prepared by the efficient counter man. It took only a short while to cook so was soon with me.
I munched as I walked homeward, all the while padding out my day’s paltry step challenge stats.
It proved pretty decent fare with a good cheesy topping. The base was light and just a little doughy so could have used just a few more seconds in the oven, or for the oven to have been a notch hotter. Still, it did the job quite admirably.
So overall, Dersim looks to be a pretty good place for late night pizza. It served me a tasty dish with the minimum of fuss. I’d be happy to visit again.
