October was a slightly sticky month. One of our more infamous reviews of the year was Tony Macaroni, where the food and maths were equally poor. Noodles n Ice wasn’t great either.

On the upside, we enjoyed trips to Hanna Cherrie’s Teashop, Street Bar, the month’s most popular review, Haq’s, Fish Eatery and there was great chat at the Chilli Hut.

Our Beer Man loathed the Cask & Still, but he loved Anderson’s in Fortrose.

Outstanding lunch of the year was at I.J. Mellis in Stockbridge, where the cheese toasties were just magnificent. The street food from Fresh Revolution was right up there, too.
