Review of the Year 2014 – November

November started with lovely sashimi at Sakura Tree, then featured delicious saag aloo at Lazeez, excellent fish dishes at The Ox, and tasty French fare at Cafe Tartine.

Other high points were the transformed Richmond Cafe Bistro, Dundee’s Avery & Co, Glasgow’s Gamba, and Ninja Buns at Paradise Palms, which was the most popular review of the month.

The Champany Inn was definitely an experience, with a stellar wine list.

We welcomed Our Beer Woman to the team, this month. She kicked her contributions off with a review of The Curry Leaf.

Low points were the service at No 11 Brunswick Street which remains very poor, and the breakfast at Ryan’s was very sloppy, which is a shame because the cafe affords a great view of the city.
