Brazilian Sensation

I’ve been a fairly irregular attendee at Stockbridge Market of late so it was good to renew acquaintances on a partly sunny recent Sunday.

Once I’d sampled an excellent espresso from the ever-reliable Bearded Barista, I pondered my eating options.

I eventually settled upon a snack from the Brazilian Sensation stall.

I fondly the remember the cafe restaurant of the same name that traded for many years on Buccleuch Street.

My eye was caught by a smoked fish croquette (£2.95) which looked ideal Ballquest fodder.

I munched as I continued wandering around the stalls. With a good mix of potato and smoky fish encased in a crisp crumb, this was an enjoyable and satisfying snack. I liked it.

So overall, it was good to find the Brazilian Sensation stall on such very good form. I enjoyed what I tried and would happily come back for more. Give it a go next time you see them trading.
