I was pressed for time once more in Glasgow as I disembarked the train at Queen Street. I needed something quick and filling so headed for Pasha on North Frederick Street in hope that it would fit the bill.

I had a hummus falafel wrap in mind so ordered that from the smiley and attentive counter man without really considering their other options.

I was surprised to hear that it cost only £3. Upon consulting the menu board it was one of a good range of very reasonably priced lunchtime specials.

The flatbread casing was of very good quality and the counter man set about stuffing it with relevant items, adding all the salad and sauce options as per my “a bit of everything” instructions.

It proved pleasingly good eating with the falafel suitably nutty and the hummus packed with flavour. The flatbread was really good. I liked it a lot.

So overall, Pasha fitted my needs very nicely. It provided a quick and reasonably priced eat that hit the spot. I’d be happy to stop by for a high value munch again soon. I’d recommend it to you.
