Burns Night at The Pantry
In recent times they’ve expanded their operation to include the Tuck Truck – a converted horsebox street food kitchen for events and markets – and have been more regularly opening in the evenings.
Although I’ve been trying to visit for one of their supper club evenings, I’ve been foiled in a couple of attempts. To ensure I make it to their January event, I thought I’d share the details and commit in writing to going along.
On 25 January, they’ll be hosting a Burns Supper. It will showcase the traditional ingredients you’d expect, but will be their own take on the dishes inspired by the Ayrshire bard.
Details of the menu and ticketing information are available on their website.
I hope to see you there.
