Where once Contino plied its trade, now Gordon’s has taken over the mantle. The service is bright and breezy. The food is good with noodly soup a strength. It feels settled, calm and assured but I couldn’t quite spot the unique selling point. Maybe that’s not needed and solidly reliable charm will capture victory. I wish the place well on its journey.
